The not-so-fine print...

  • For PAID registrations completed 7 days prior to class date or earlier, refunds must be requested within 7 days of purchase date. Those requests will be granted with no questions asked, with the exception of paper checks. Checks will need to clear the bank before the refund is granted.
  •  For PAID registrations completed less than 7 days prior to class date, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
  •   If The Guillory Group School of Real Estate cancels a class for any reason, refunds will be granted, no questions asked. However, students will be offered the option to transfer their registration fee to another class of their choosing of equal value only, if they so desire.
  •  Failure to attend a class does not entitle purchaser/registrant to an automatic refund. Requested refunds for students who fail to appear will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • As often as possible, refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment (i.e. – PayPal, Square, cash, check, etc.) Checks will be cut only after the purchaser’s check clears the company’s bank.
  • Refunds cannot be issued once a course is taken either in part or in its entirety.
  • Refund requests must be made in writing and sent to:
  • Refunds issued by check that are not claimed within 30 days of the check date will not be honored and will be retained by The Guillory Group School of Real Estate. Additionally, that student must remit new payment to register again for one of our courses.

NOTE: We sure hate to get tough, but experience is a great teacher.  All payments are remitted safely through PayPal. Sometimes our students forget this when their credit card bill arrives. If payment is reversed, CE credits will also be reversed and charges may be filed for theft-of-services. For non-CE students, criminal charges will be filed for theft-of-services. If you're not sure of whether or not you or a spouse signed up for class, you can check your TREC record or give us a call at (832) 768-1711 to verify.

when life gets tough...

Over the years, our beloved students have had to stop their studies right in the middle of class or simply not attend class  at all without notification. In one of these cases, our student received a call that their spouse was headed to the emergency room having a heart attack. In the other case, the student's daughter had unexpectedly passed away the evening before class. When life comes rushing in, we understand and want to work with you to get you the information you want or the CE credits you need to retain your real estate license. Just call us if your circumstances are severe and require special consideration.

We're here to help.
